Our Property
J & F’s Cottage Rental is located in the beautiful Texas Hill Country just minutes from the crystal clear waters of the Guadalupe River and only a few miles from the Guadalupe River State Park. Also, there are a number of local activities to adventure.

J & F’s Cottage Rentals offers a variety of outdoor activities including kayaking, hiking, camping or if leisure is your style, sit on the front porch of one of our peaceful cottages and take in the abundant wildlife and beautiful Texas weather.
The cottages sit nestled on 10 acres of privately owned land abundant with beautiful oak trees and wild Texas grass. Each one has a covered front porch where you can sit and watch the deer and wildlife in the peaceful atmosphere of the Texas Hill Country.
