John and Fleeta Taylor moved to the Bulverde/Spring Branch community in 1989 from the San Antonio area. Their dream had been to move to the Texas Hill Country where they could have some private acreage and enjoy the wildlife and beauty of the property. During that time they were able to live in a few places with some acreage and create an income owning and operating several of their own family owned businesses.

In the year of 2000 they found the perfect property of 10 private ac. with a mobile home and a cabin that wasn’t finished out. John & Fleeta decided to complete and add on to the cabin which became one of their 1st cottages on the property open to the public for rental. Soon afterwards they decided to build their retirement home on the property and developed a plan to build more cottages as there seemed to be a demand for short term rentals in the area.

Currently they have 4 cottages that they rent on a monthly basis that are completely furnished and all bills paid.  A perfect place to call home as you build your own home or look for that perfect place to purchase.
